At El Rodeo Western Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots or apparel don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged shoebox.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
